Hosting is free, both ways. No fee for you, and attendees come for free too.
The rule: lead with value, not a pitch. A soft offer at the end is welcome, and email five in our follow-up sequence keeps promoting your offer to attendees afterwards.
The room is yours from 6 to 8pm. The first 30 minutes (6:00 to 6:30) is SWEH networking. Your 90-minute workshop runs from 6:30 to 8pm. You decide how to structure Q&A inside the 90 minutes.

The Winston Room fits 40 people, set up however you want it. Projector, interactive whiteboard, wifi, and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette is worth using. Attendees come straight from work, so laying on some food and drinks makes the room warmer, the night more memorable, and more people stay long enough to talk to you.

Your laptop and any cables you need to connect to the projector. The room has wifi, projector, interactive whiteboard, and a kitchenette.
If you want photos or video of your workshop, bring a photographer or videographer.
Recording is welcome and we encourage it. Bring a videographer or support person to record. With your approval, we can upload the recording to the SWEH Skool platform for paid members afterwards.
If the SWEH photographer is available on the night, they may take photos for you. For guaranteed coverage, bring your own.
