Is it really free to attend?+
Yes — 100% free. No ticket purchase, no registration fee, no catch. The SWEH Expo is a community event run by volunteers. Just show up on the night and enjoy everything on offer.
What time does it start and finish?+
The SWEH Expo runs from 5pm to 9pm on Thursday, 20 August 2026 at Cabra-Vale Diggers Club, Canley Vale. Doors open at 5pm — arrive early if you want to grab a free goody bag!
What’s the free goody bag all about?+
The first 100 attendees through the door on the night will receive a free Expo goody bag filled with products and offers from our generous sponsors and traders. It’s first come, first served — so get there early!
Who is performing on the night?+
We have three incredible acts performing live: rapper Johnny Hau, a Vietnamese Áo Dài fashion runway show celebrating Vietnamese culture and heritage, and a dance show by Epiphany Dance & Co. It promises to be a spectacular evening of culture and community.
Do I need to register in advance?+
Registration is not required to attend, but we encourage you to register so we can keep you updated with the latest entertainment schedule and event news as we get closer to the night.
Who is the SWEH Expo for?+
Everyone is welcome! The Expo is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and anyone who wants to connect with their community and celebrate south west Sydney’s incredible talent and culture.
Where is the venue and how do I get there?+
The 2026 SWEH Expo is held at Cabra-Vale Diggers Club, 1 Bartley St, Canley Vale NSW 2166. There is ample free parking on-site. By train, Canley Vale Station is a short walk from the venue.
Can I bring my kids?+
Absolutely. The SWEH Expo is a family-friendly event and children are very welcome. With live performances and market stalls, it’s a great night out for the whole family. We ask that little ones are supervised throughout the evening.
